DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETING PLAYER REGISTRATION
- Go to '24 Registration Link
- Press on the purple "REGISTER" for the age group your child is playing in.
- If you have an existing LeagueApps with LuvLax or another organization that uses LeagueApps, click "Sign in with LeagueApps."
Otherwise, complete the form to create your LeagueApps account. Be sure to use YOUR information as the parent/supervisor. - If necessary, proceed to complete your member profile and your child's profile.
- Select "Team player"
- Select name of your team from dropdown menu and complete all questions on this page. Have your health insurance information on hand.
- Continue to waiver page, read and check box to agree to Waiver terms and conditions.
- Hit "Complete".

The fields are between these two schools and can be accessed from either side. Parking may be easier at the Middle School.
One player from each team will be given the Luvlax Teammate award.
Luvlaxs' Mission is to provide young people the opportunity to learn the positive lessons that participating in team athletics can provide. Luvlax expects participants and spectators to Honor the Game by displaying good sportsmanship at all times.
The Luvlax Most Valuable Teammate award recipients should honor the game by displaying the following characteristics:
- Work hard even when no one is watching.
- Kind to everyone, all of the time.
- Supportive of teammates and opponents.
- Respectful to officials, coaches, and the community.
- Competes fairly on the field and in the classroom.
- Displays good sportsmanship at all times.
- Friendly, positive member of a vibrant community.
- Understand that winning should never be more important than good sportsmanship
COACHES FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO SEE WHICH OF YOUR PLAYERS ARE REGISTERED

2. Click Top Right menu and go to "Dashboard"
3. Click where it says "Registered as Coach on TEAM NAME"
4. Click Roster - to see what players are registered.

ONE COACH FROM EACH TEAM MUST CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL
Coaches will be asked to verify their waivers/rosters, their understanding of all the rules and complete their nomination form for the LuvLax Most Valuable Teammate award.
